Lucy Jerram MVetMed BSc DipECBHM

Director of Large Animal

I worked in farm animal practice in the UK for 8 years before moving to Ireland. My interests lie in all things farm, particularly bovine herd health and surgery. I am also passionate about educating and supporting young vets.

My pet is Renly, a 9 year old black cocker spaniel who I have had since graduation. My favourite celebrity animal is Dolly the Sheep.

Peter Fagan MVB

I have a great interest for cattle and horses. I also love working with the small animals also.

I come from a dairy farm in Co Westmeath. I have just started off breeding pedigree Simmentals and have a commercial suckler herd also.

Sean McMahon MVB

Mixed Animal Vet

My main area of interest is working with large animals and farm animal reproduction.

I am from a dairy farm in Co Limerick. I have two golden retrievers, Marley and Bella, they are 10 and 6 years old.

Lorcan Bannon MVDr

Mixed Animal Vet

I come from a family with dairy and equine background so being a mixed animal vet allows me to explore many different aspects of veterinary medicine. I love ophthalmology and new developments of veterinary surgical techniques, it is an area which I have a keen interest. I have no animals of my own at the moment but I hope to have some in the near future.

My favourite celebrity animal is Bugs Bunny.

Holly Roper

Mixed Animal Vet

I love all animals and aspects of veterinary but I am especially interested in small ruminants and flock health. I have had loads of different types of animals over the years, so that is where my interest in animals came from. I love mixed animal veterinary because it allows me to work with all types of animals and it also keeps things interesting. I have one dog, Kanye, who is a Basetthound.

My favourite celebrity animal is ER.

Michelle Taylor RVN

Veterinary Nurse

I am interested in client communication, practice administration and wildlife vet nursing.

I have just one pet. He is new Jack Russell puppy who Michelle and Tracy saved by resuscitating him post a caesarean section. No name as yet!

My favourite celeb animal is Daffy Duck

Mark James, BSC

Poultry Advisor

I have over 28 years of experience in poultry health and hygiene.

I have two dogs, Luna is a two-year-old “nutty” Weimaraner and Fudge is an eight-year-old Rottweiler. They are the best of buds.
